About the Role

As a Business/Data Analyst II specializing in data integration and file feeds, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing data integration solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy across our systems. Your expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and familiarity with common data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and design data integration processes to support various business functions, and loading (ETL).
  • Developing and manage file feeds between systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in data exchanges.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to implement ETL processes using common tools and technologies.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data integration solutions.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data integration issues, working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Documenting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, file feeds, and ETL workflows.
  • Ensuring all data integration processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Have completed a Bachelor's program in a technical discipline or have relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with data integration tools and ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Microsoft SSIS). Familiarity with SQL and data modeling is required.
  • Experience in the Absence/Leave and/or Disability industry.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
