Payroll Specialist

Aston Carter is looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to support our client, a well-known organization. This position is fully onsite in Queens, NY. The payrate for this position is between $29-34/hr depending on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process payroll for employees

· Weekly and bi-weekly union/non union payroll

· Reconcile employee information between multiple data bases including SAP, Success Factor/ECP, HRIS, and excel

· Verifying new hires, terminations, wages, deductions, headcount, payroll, accruals, title changes, etc.

· Issue pay cards to employees that did not receive checks

QUALIFICATIONS

· SAP/Union experience preferred

· 5+ years of payroll experience

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables/v-lookups)
