Job Description

Adhere to Abbvies code of conductMaintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysisCapable of training others on tasks.Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plansIntermediate computer skills (MS Windows)Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasksAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationSupports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the siteUnderstands and follows all safety and GMP regulationsAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationMust be electrical (50% of time will be responding to call on the lines)Some RCM or RCA training or experience.Some formal training or experience with PDM technologies.Create trending data and present status reports.
Qualifications
HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desiredKnowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.1-3 years experience as a Reliability TechnicianCMRT Certification a plusFormal electrical training
