Job Description

Purpose:

Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to AbbVies code of conductMaintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are metWorks closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshopsConsidered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplinesContributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc.Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationSupports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the siteUnderstands and follows all safety and GMP regulationsAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Qualifications
HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degreeCMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desiredProficient computer skills(computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS WindowsKnowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)In some Abbvie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is require
