The Role

As a Lumen Digital Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns and programs to increase funnel and ultimately acquire new logos and upsell existing customer accounts. This position will develop and deliver tactics to drive high-touch marketing programs to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle to meet Lumen revenue targets. This position will focus specifically on building sales funnel for the Lumen digital portfolio. You will support the Lumen sales organization in a fast-paced environment that requires both marketing and sales expertise.

The Main Responsibilities
Develop and deliver lead generation tactics and plans that create and progress marketing leads for the Lumen Digital portfolio. Work with data center providers and indirect partners to roll out "in a box" marketing tactics that can be used across our partner ecosystem. Develop a lead generation calendar that supports always on marketing reach for this critical product set. Collaborate across marketing, sales and product to understand the messaging and strategy for reaching customers with the Lumen Digital portfolio. Ensure awareness, adoption, and participation of marketing campaigns and tools by sales professionals; develop and deliver actions plans for improvement.Manage formal feedback loop to provide field input on programs and promotions to product and segment marketing teams.Continuously optimize lead generation activities to increase lead conversion rates to meet overall revenue targets.Track lead generation and program results via SFDC and communicate success rates and/or opportunities to sales and marketing leadership.Manage field marketing program budget.Execute regional events to attract customers and drive funnel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience 5-7 years of related experienceAn experienced marketer who is not afraid to take risks, learn from marketing tactics that don't drive the expected outcomes, and scale the ones that do. Ability to balance creative thinking with the need to execute quickly and ensure thorough follow up of leads generated through your program. Understanding technology and the needs of Lumen's customers, to ensure the right messages reach our customers through your programs. Comfortable leading by influence across a matrixed team of Sales, Product and Marketing. Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$ $107340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$ $112980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$ $118630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$ $124280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
