As the Digital Marketing Manager at Mitratech, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage industry best practices to optimize campaign performance across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid media, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to identify new growth opportunities and innovations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Support the HRC business unit with supporting ABM campaigns through 6Sense
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation, and scalability measures within the digital marketing function.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field..
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM and paid channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, LinkedIn Ads, ABM Platforms, Etc.) and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment and drive decisions with little direction.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
