Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Manager for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department within the Perioperative Department.
  • You will assess the instrument and equipment needs for the surgical cases and orchestrates the processing surgical instruments, through availability and delivery to the operating rooms.
  • You will assume 24 hour accountability of department.
  • You will provide clinical support to the Sterile Processing and Surgical Services staff.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Certification in Central Processing Required (CRST)
  • Graduate of a formal Sterile Processing Technology Program required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 3 years of Sterile Processing experience in a Supervisor and/or Manager role is required.
