As the Operational Excellence Manager for Supply Chain Systems at Divergent Technologies, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and planning operations and influencing the development of enterprise systems. You will be responsible for architecting and supporting the implementation of an MRP system, as well as shaping the development of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Your strategic insights and leadership will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards

· Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of a Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system tailored to the unique needs of Divergent Technologies. Collaborate with Software and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across program management, planning, production, procurement, and operations.

· Provide strategic guidance and influence the development roadmap of ERP and PLM systems. Leverage your expertise in supply chain management to advocate for functionalities that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making capabilities.

· Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource utilization. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.

· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance. Utilize data analytics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations.

· Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to ensure effective execution of supply chain initiatives.

· Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in supply chain management, MRP system usage, and operational excellence practices.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all activities.

· Be highly organized, data savvy, and support the development of robust management operating system to drive PO health, component delivery, and a high % of On Time Delivery.

· Ensure critical item master data is regularly reviewed and accurate to allow for proper planning and forecasting.

· Lead supply chain systems risk assessment, reporting, and risk mitigation activities.

· Drive continuous improvement in People, Processes, and Infrastructure to increase our Speed of Innovation and Time to Market.

Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in supply chain systems and participate in professional networks and associations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or a related field.

· At least 5+ years in supply chain management, operations, or manufacturing roles, with a focus on MRP system implementation and process optimization.

· Strong understanding of ERP and PLM systems, with experience participating in steering councils or influencing system development.

· Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Keen ability to make the complex simple.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, such as MRP, ERP, PLM, MES.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Master of business administration

· Experienced with project management tools such as MS Projects, scrum boards, gantt, Smartsheet, Confluence and Jira

· Experienced with PLM (Teamcenter), MRP, ERP, MES systems

· Proven track record collaborating with multi-domain internal and external technical teams

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly detail oriented, diligent, hard working with excellent internal customer interface skills

· Ability to lead in a highly challenging, dynamic, and innovative start-up atmosphere

Physical Demands:

· Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts

· Must be willing to travel to customer locations, product launch sites, and other offices as needed.
