Essential FunctionsMaintains service stations, cleanliness of bars, and stocking of assigned bars.
Assists guests in courteous and friendly manner.
Ensures a safe environment for fellow team members and guests.
Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.
Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.
Changes empty kegs as needed.
Restocks garnishes and mixes, as well as liquor bottles.
Maintains and fixes equipment as needed, such as clogged drains.
Shares the responsibility with the bartender for setting up and cleaning up the bar each shift.
Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes.

Essential RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge/Work ExperienceMust be 21 years or older
High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ABC license
Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
