Sr. Estimator Responsibilities:

Lead a team of estimators on commercial construction projects

Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor and material costs

Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for clients

Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in estimating

Sr Estimator Job Functions:

10+ years experience working on commercial construction projects

Ability to lead and mentor a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
