Searching for a Controller for mid-small company located in Rancho Cucamonga and/or Irvine area. Position requires to be Bilingual English/Spanish. They are Onsite. Ideally retail, brokerage, or insurance related industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and provide timely monthly financial statements including status and progress.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close process.
  • Continuously improve operational excellence, analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and drive projects to further improve people, processes, and systems, eliminating waste, and improve standardization.
  • Manage all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, GL, Inventory Accounting and Reporting
  • Perform cash management function along with preparation of the statement of cashflow.
  • Preparation of consolidation and financial statements, including brand & department P&Ls, as well as actual to budget analysis and corrections on a timely basis.
  • Management and review of all intercompany transactions.
  • Coach, develop and mentor accounting team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Related

Looking for prior Controllership experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

CPA a plus
