The ideal candidate for this role will have proven project management skills and knowledge of Oracle's internal policies, processes, and business practices. This position will be responsible for creative deal solutions while mitigating risk on incoming deals and developing standardization.

Responsibilities

What you will do (responsibilities):

  • Apply Oracle's global business practices to mitigate risk on complex deals.
  • Analyze compliance risk and financial impact of deal terms and provide analysis to management.
  • Strategize with sales team on complex deals and provide suggestions to help bring deal to closure.
  • Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely deal processing and closure.
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actuals versus business objectives.
  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization.
  • Monitor process and approvals for full compliance as well as drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and tools to sales team to educate the team and improve approval/deal efficiency.

US: Hiring Range: from $73,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
