Description:To develop, evaluate and maintain age appropriate developmental curriculum, care and services for the Early Learning Center. Oversee the overall management of the center's daily operation to include fiscal responsibilities. Ensure that all services and care provided are comprehensive and meet all regulatory and professional standards/criteria - specific to state licensure, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and NAEYC accreditation standards. Area of responsibility: Provide leadership and guidance on all Center related issues and services. Provide direct and indirect supervision to the Center staff. Ensure professional development of all Center staff. Ensure consistent age appropriate Center curriculum.

Early Childhood Education 45-hour Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Proven ability to successfully lead others with three years management or curriculum development experience in an early learning environment. Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written. Detailed knowledge of State licensure requirements and guidelines.
