WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Brand Partnerships Intern at Franklin Sports, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of sports marketing and brand partnerships. Working closely with the Sr. Associate Manager, you'll contribute to team sales outreach, research and development efforts, and assist in various tasks related to brand partnerships in baseball and softball, as well as our relationships with other strategic program partners and leagues. This internship is ideal for a college student seeking hands-on experience in the professional sports industry.The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a minimal hybrid office option and will report to the Sr. Associate Manager, Brand Partnerships.This a summer internship, the duration of the internship is negotiable based on the candidate's availability and academic calendar.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to support key partnership efforts.
  • Support the development and execution of youth participation programs, including through assisting with MLB Club orders.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing deliverables, including social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to support brand strategy and initiatives and fulfill custom batting glove program.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sr. Associate Manager
  • Other duties as assigned.

APPLICANTS SHOULD BE
  • Currently enrolled in an undergrad bachelor's degree program in your 3rd or 4th year of completion.
  • Passionate about sports and have an interest in pursuing a career in sports marketing or a related field.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALITIES
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITYInteract regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise employees.
