We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team and oversee our corporate interior projects.

Description

  1. Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities for corporate interior projects.
  2. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  3. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines.
  7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
  8. Lead and mentor on-site staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Profile

  1. Proven experience as a Superintendent in corporate interior construction projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  3. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  8. OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications preferred.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
