Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location- Atlanta Norcross (Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 days at home. )

The Service Desk provides support to all levels of employees, empowering productivity and efficiency, resolving incidents, and filling requests for a wide variety of IT services and systems. The position will ensure the timely resolution of tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:

  • Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, teams, ServiceNow, and in person. This includes the deployment, repair, configuration, and support of user laptops in the field.
  • Configure, and install personal computers, and network hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Act as Major Incident Manager to supervise and coordinate response and communication during P1 and P2 incidents.
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
  • Maintain a productive, positive, work environment.
  • Provides onsite support for US headquarters located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
  • Coordinate support for US warehouse and factories, Canada HQ, Brazil HQ, and remote users in Latin America.
  • Keep abreast of changes in computer technology, software enhancements and development applications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need.

  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • ServiceNow and ITIL: Proficient in using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and proactive approach.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify the problem, the causes, and the best resolution of an issue.
  • Attention to Detail: Concise and complete documentation in tickets. Follow all processes and procedures.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles with an in-depth knowledge of hardware and software support.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Advanced: troubleshooting and support.
  • Intermediate: Windows OS, iOS, iPhones, iPads, laptops, computers, Office 365.
  • Basic: ITIL, networking, Intune, Active Directory, and macOS.
  • Languages: The ability to speak Portuguese and/or Spanish to support users in South America is preferred, but is not mandatory.
