We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to assist with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services. The Solutions Engineer will work alongside the Sales, Product, and AI/Research teams to help understand customer requirements and deliver value. This role will be expected to possess an in-depth knowledge of our product offering and be able to relate this knowledge to prospective customers.

The successful candidate is a highly skilled Solutions Engineer preferably with experience in enterprise software and professional services. Many of our customers and technical engagements are in the Chemistry field, so a background in Chemistry is preferred. You should be driven to achieve sales goals and have excellent sales and customer success skills.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, prioritize, and deliver compelling science-based AI use cases that drive business value for NobleAI customers and prospects
  • Present technical use cases of NobleAI Reactor Platform to prospective customers
  • Lead and perform implementation activities in collaboration with team members from AI/Research, Product, and Engineering
  • Develop demonstrations of NobleAI technology for prospective customers
  • Ingest, structure, and prepare scientific data for machine learning applications
  • Ensure successful delivery to our customer (e.g., functional scoping, application and data integration quality assurance, deliver trainings, issue debugging and resolution)
  • Support the Sales Account Executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Support NobleAI customers by providing best-in-class data science services and education
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Travel to customer sites and attend industry events (approximately 50% average)

What We're Looking For

  • BS/BA in Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MSc or MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience leading complex enterprise SaaS deployments
  • Proficient in Python and common data management, visualization, machine learning libraries and web frameworks (e.g. Django, pandas, scikit-learn, plotly)
  • Experience in data science and machine learning tools and concepts
  • Ability to successfully communicate and work with senior executive stakeholders
  • Effectively work across customer and internal teams to problem solve, define scope, write technical specifications, quantify and track success metrics, and manage against a plan
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both
  • Excellent presentation, written, communication and interpersonal skills
