This role will primarily be tasked with creating purchase orders and repair plans to facilitate F135 Aftermarket repairs across the Collins Aftermarket repair stream. The candidate will be asked to regularly enter and track data that provides insights to repair trends. The candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to regularly present data to internal stakeholders.

Hybrid : Must be a commutable distance from Oklahoma City, OK to work a hybrid schedule reporting onsite as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Physically routes work to suppliers by generating Collins PO's to external shops.
  • Owns the flow of inductions into the repair stream from customer to ensure OTD.
  • Works to properly route Investigation PO's to the correct repair center.
  • Work daily with Collins SIOP team to determine if repair plans (allocations) are meeting Customer Forecast.
  • Constantly monitoring vendor capacity and opportunities to improve.
  • Work daily with internal Ops team to create, and adhere to a 30,60,90 plan for supplier LRU's.
  • Responsible for tracking and entering numerous KPI's to track vendor performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for tracking and briefing to leadership successes and obstacles.
  • Responsible for daily data entry in numerous databases. Qualifications/Experience Needed:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous MRO scheduling experience.
  • Prior Aerospace experience.
  • Prior experience working with SAP.

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
