Pay Rate: $25-35 per hour with bonus opportunities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM (rotation basis)

About the Role: As the Install Shop Lead Installer/Technician, you will have a key role in managing the daily operations of the installation shop. You will be actively involved in installations and will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing strategies to improve customer service, boost sales, increase profitability, and expand our customer network.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; preferred: associate degree or technical certification
  • Certified to operate forklifts or heavy machinery
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in auto body repair
  • Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, NCR) and good organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills and strong multitasking abilities
  • Must be fluent in English; additional preference for 1 year of Auto Body Repair experience
