The purpose of the Groundskeeper involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal, in a manner consistent with Thrive's Values. The Groundskeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:

Oversees keeping the grounds and common areas clean and neatVacuum, sweep, and mop floors, as necessaryClean and stock restrooms, as neededNotify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairsCollect and dispose of trashInspects and helps prepare units after move-out and before move-inContributes to a positive team environment and commits to Thrive's valuesPerforms any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists maintenance team, as neededGroundskeeper Qualifications:Prior housekeeper, porter, custodial, or groundskeeper experience preferred, but not requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredWeekends requiredAttention to detail requiredStrong team player with the willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projectsMay require Driver's License and insurance If you do not fully meet the qualifications listed above but feel you have the skills and experience to be able to be successful in this position we welcome your application Whether this or another position within Thrive, we would love to help you find the right role in our organization.
