What You Will Do:

Join Gannett Fleming, a top water treatment design firm recognized by ENR, as a Wastewater Engineer and Project Manager in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions for water and wastewater treatment within a dynamic team environment. This role involves planning, designing, and constructing water/wastewater infrastructure while mentoring junior staff members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project teams in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities
  • Engaging with clients, presenting, and coordinating projects
  • Managing work activities, progress meetings, budgets, and schedules
  • Communicating with municipalities and regulatory agencies
  • Supervising construction contracts and observation services
  • Preparing reports, permit applications, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Contributing to the water/wastewater industry through technical writing and verbal skills
Education | Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

    • BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (MS preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
    • Professional Engineer License (PE) in Pennsylvania
    • Experience in project management, client relations, and business development
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
