Job Description
Ryan Companies seeks a Vice President of Total Rewards to join our team. This role combines strategy and hands-on work, requiring proficiency in analysis, modeling, program management, innovative thinking, and addressing individual compensation concerns.
Tasks include:
- Develop cost-effective total rewards strategies aligned with market trends and the company's priorities
- Lead compensation initiatives, including job evaluations, market analysis, updating structures, and ensuring compliance
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Oversee the compensation planning cycle, including communication and resources
- Manage benefit plans and cultivate strong broker relationships for innovative programs
- Implement competitive pay structures aligned with Ryan's philosophy and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure incentives align with company culture and operational goals
- Collaborate with Finance/Payroll for accurate program administration and compliance
Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of HR experience, with 7 years in compensation and benefits. A bachelor's degree in HR, business, or finance is required, along with experience partnering with senior leaders.
Desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge of job evaluation systems, labor regulations, and incentive plans
- Background in commercial real estate
