Operations Team ChiefKey Role:
Brings in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Applies advanced military skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems.
Works without considerable direction, mentors and manages team members ensuring Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises (WFX), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), and steady-state activities, and work in conjunction with the client.
The Team Lead will manage personnel to ensure Army missions are fully supported to include management of employees, performance, recruiting, or discipline and any financial responsibility.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a former Field Grade OfficerExperience in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion levelKnowledge of current Army and Joint doctrineAbility to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environmentAbility to work as a member of a larger teamSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeGraduate of Intermediate Level Education (MEL4)

Experience as a Colonel O-6 or aboveExperience serving on a Division or Corps level staff positionTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreePMP CertificationGraduate of a War College, including MEL1Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
