We are seeking a Director, Digital Marketing to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Director of Digital Marketing at Imprivata is a strategic role reporting to the CMO and will lead the Digital Marketing team to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and global advertising campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Imprivata's overall marketing goals and drive maximum ROI.
  • SEO and SEM Management: Oversee the optimization of our website for search engines and manage search engine marketing campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
  • PPC Advertising: Design and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our audience.
  • Global Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute global digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and lead generation efforts.
  • Performance Insights and Analytics: Utilize performance analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, generate insights, and refine strategies for better outcomes.
  • Buyer Journey Mapping and Customer Experience Strategy: Understand and map the buyer's journey, ensuring an optimized and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Intent Signals and Engagement: Leverage intent signals to identify and target high-value prospects, driving deeper engagement and higher conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading digital marketing organizations or similar within B2B software, with a preference for candidates with cybersecurity and/or Digital Identity experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and performance analytics tools. This also includes continuous evaluation of performance from marketing vendors who we leverage to execute our tactics.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This position offers a total compensation range of $207,000.00 to $249,000.00 inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
