We are building a high-resolution real-time 3D electro anatomical mapping system from the ground up. This mapping system will be used during cardiac procedures to generate novel maps of atrial fibrillation using data acquired from a specialized catheter. Working together with clinical experts, you will help to analyze data and develop efficient algorithms to guide the effective treatment of atrial fibrillation. Mapping of atrial fibrillation is one of the biggest challenges in the field of cardiac electrophysiology.

Responsibilities

•Analyze pre-clinical and clinical data.

•Develop algorithms in Python, MATLAB, or C++.

•Robust evaluation of system performance.

•Cultivate and apply deep understanding of clinical electrophysiology.

•Contribute to overall design of user experience.

•Work within an FDA regulated environment and perform documentation as needed.

Skills and Experience

•Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, BME, CS, or related technical fields with solid grounding in computational fundamentals.

•3+ years of algorithm development for biological signal analysis and processing, with proven experience in extracting actionable information from complex data.

•Required hard skills: Python, MATLAB, or C++.

•Desired hard skills: thorough grounding in signal processing, experience with machine learning, familiarity with C++, and experience with cardiac signals including intracardiac electrograms.

•Excellent verbal and written communication.

•Comfortable working in both a fast-paced and rigorous early-stage startup with fluid project requirements and a regulated process-driven commercial environment.
