What you'll do:
  • Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture by collaborating with your peers and delivering outstanding service to pet parents.
  • Manage patient intakes and provide exceptional front-end client interactions.
  • Assist pet parents with medical care for their pets and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize technology effectively, including the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
  • Follow the practice's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
  • Assist in managing pharmacy holdings and inventory needs.
  • Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
  • Keep workspaces clean and organized after each patient interaction.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.
  • May require weekend work and some travel.
What you'll need:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, with previous animal-related experience.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients, demonstrate empathy, and show compassion.
  • Excellent communication, observational, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for helping people and pets with exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment.
Physical job requirements:
  • Standing or walking up to 80% per shift.
  • Lift weights up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds with a team lift.
  • Perform various physical tasks like pushing, pulling, carrying, squatting, and kneeling.
Compensation & Benefits:

Our pay range for the Client Concierge position is $21.00 per hour. Salary considerations are based on relevant experience, education, and work location.
