Title : Splunk Admin/Engineer

Location : Houston,TX

Qualifications:

· Experience setting up SPLUNK in multi-site, multi-tenant configuration

· Experience supporting and managing SPLUNK cluster, Indexes, Search Head, license Master, Cluster Master

· Analyze performance issues within cluster, identify data Indexing issues

· Implement TLS connection for Universal Forwarder, setup deployer for code management

· Linux/Unix Sysadmin experience

· Extract data and feed into Splunk in real time

· Good Understanding of Data model, indexed fields, Summary Index and Macros

· Good understanding of configuring Search Head, manage TLS certificates

· Experience building real-time dashboard, custom queries, reports, searches and summary indexes

· Experience on Splunk administration e.g. configure role based user and security.

· The annual salary for this position is between $[90k – $120k] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
