Job Description:
We are seeking an ICU Medical Director to lead our team of dedicated critical care providers at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. The successful candidate will oversee administrative duties while actively participating in clinical care, ensuring the delivery of high-qualty patient services.

Opportunity Details:Closed ICU model at both St. Peter's Hospital and Samaritan HospitalCollaborate with a robust team of critical care providers within Pulmonary and Critical Care ServicesAccess to full subspecialty support within St. Peter's Health Partners.
Requirements:Valid New York State (NYS) medical licenseDEA registrationBoard Certification in Critical Care requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience as an ICU Medical Director.
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peter s Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:Starting Bonus and Competitive salary with incentivesCompensation is $495,000The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
