Position Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects at various sites, serving as the on-site point of contact and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, ensuring they uphold safety protocols and deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates.

Conduct frequent site inspections to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project completion.

Position Essential Job Functions:

Possess extensive knowledge of multifamily construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Expertise in interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate construction teams.

Excellent communication abilities to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Ability to travel as needed to different project locations, sometimes for extended periods.

Position Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects.

Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in construction software and technology tools.

A can-do attitude with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
