Do you like projects, technical and system process improvement? Do you have experience with the MasterContol application? Do you have 5-9 years' experience in a Regulated Environment and using the MasterControl application? Do you have Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leaders and ability to train others.
This position serves as an administrator for MasterControl application for Labcorp. This position has no direct reports but must work with a variety of individuals within the Labcorp network. This position reports to the Associate Quality Director and works with minimal supervision.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
This position provides support as a super user, herein called administrator, for the MasterControl application used throughout the company and to support other applications, as needed.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Work with MasterControl to resolve technical issues with the application.
- Coordinate with MasterControl to develop customization within the application.
- Assist in validation of new versions and modifications to the software prior to release.
- Assist users with MasterControl issues.
- Advise users on appropriate configuration based on the laboratory's needs.
- Manage configurations and roles.
- Manage maintenance of documents and processes within the various modules.
- Manage security access for MasterControl to include new and separated users, modifying access rights and resetting passwords.
- Prepare training materials and conduct the training.
- Collect and analyze data for trend analysis.
Minimum Education & Experience:
High School with + 9 years' experience or Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science biological science or computer science degree with 5 -7 years' experience.
- Knowledge of MasterControl is desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software application.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently.
