Summary

About the Position: Serves as an Office Support Assistant (OA) providing clerical and administrative support to Mud Mountain Dam and Howard A. Hanson Dam.



Duties
  • Compose routine correspondence on other subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures or specifically requested by the Operating Project Manager and Administrative Officer.
  • Provide advice and assistance to the Administrative Officer AO and Operating Project Manager OPM concerning regulatory procedures in official correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary timekeeper for the project, inputting time and attendance to a financial management system by deadlines set by Administrative Officer/Operating Project Manager and District.
  • Procure office supplies and materials (government credit cardholder).
  • Prepare Requests for Personnel Actions, working closely with AO to ensure all required documentation and information is included.
  • Assist in maintaining the current tracking system for performance management in support of Operations Division data calls.
  • Assist preparing justifications and monetary/non-monetary award actions such as performance awards, Bravos, special acts, and employee of the quarter awards.
  • Receive calls, greets visitors, and directs to staff members those contacts needing their attention or action.
  • Receives and reviews all mail and distribution for the project.
