Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable is responsible for invoicing across MSE entities, monitoring aging reports and collections, researching customer accounts, and general support to the DCALP Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and emailing customer invoices; including Sponsorship, Network Ad Sales, Suites, Tenant, Concessions, Event and other billing as needed.
  • Prepare A/R Aging Reports and monitor for aged outstanding invoices, assisting with collection efforts.
  • Follow up on past due invoices, send late notices, and reconcile past due accounts.
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation of all cash deposits and withdrawals each month.
  • Serve as main point of contact for A/R inquiries for both internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • Previous accounting or finance experience.
  • Proven experience at a Supervisory level, preferably in the Sports or Real Estate industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Experience with Great Plains preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong professional ethics and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent time management skills and detail driven.
  • Dedicated, outgoing, hard-working, and dependable
