If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team Fliff is seeking a skilled Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. You'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

The Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions to handle large volumes of traffic
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews
  • Lead and influence the design and implementation of systems architecture
  • Drive technical initiatives and improvements across the team and organization

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of overall SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure experience
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and Cloud Architecture
  • Proficiency in Go or similar backend language
  • Experience using AWS or another cloud provider
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm in a production environment
  • Demonstrable understanding of Terraform or another IAC solution
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to drive technical initiatives
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
