Job Description: Facilities Associate I About the Role Enables and supports the performance or management of business operations. Maintains and improves the physical workplace. Ensures functionality of the built environment. Interface with management. This is an onsite position at our Endicott, NY location. This a Monday through Friday, 30 hour/week position. The pay rate for this position is $15.50/hr. Responsibilities
• Opens works orders for building repairs, maintenance both recurring services and one off for site maintenance. • Develops relationships with Business Unit (BU) occupants, building management and vendors. • Coordinates maintenance schedules in the office with vendor and site contact. • Responds to inquiries and concerns. • Ensures all office requests are processed in a timely manner. Requirements
• Demonstrate basic communication skills to exchange information. • Possesses basic skills in an analytical or operational process to perform routine tasks. • Able to work with close supervision or within clearly defined standard operating procedures and adheres to quality guidelines.
