CCS Youth Administrator

The Administrator is accountable for overseeing work planning, direction, supervision, and coordination for the JFS CCS programs, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures. Supervising record and file preparation and maintenance for the CCS staff is also among the key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising program personnel, providing orientation and training, planning work assignments, setting performance goals, and conducting staff evaluations.
- Maintaining credentialing status of CCS staff, ensuring compliance with service contracts and regulations.
- Ensuring confidentiality compliance across all consumer levels.
- Acting as the primary contact for JFS and the CCS program with various entities including Milwaukee County, community groups, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.
- Managing documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements in alignment with contracts.
- Acting as a mental health/substance abuse professional when necessary.
- Monitoring database systems and consumer records to comply with regulations.
- Evaluating and implementing relevant policies according to governing statutes.
General Requirements:
- Hold a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage.
- Familiarity with Jewish culture and traditions.
- Willing to undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
- Successful completion of background checks.
- Master's Degree in relevant field preferred.
- Extensive clinical experience with mental disorders or substance-use disorders.
- Licensed by a Wisconsin Examining Board.
- Experience in case management and supervision.
- Aptitude in utilizing case management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
