Venafi is looking for a Marketing Analyst ho will report to the Sr Director of Enterprise Analytics and work closely with the Chief of Revenue Operations and Analytics to provide dashboarding and meaningful insights to sales and marketing leaders and the Executive Leadership Team as a whole. How you'll be protecting the world:
- Translating business questions into easily consumable analyses and visualizations via Tableau and Excel
- Providing data driven insights and recommendations for process improvements within sales and digital marketing to optimize the lead lifecycle and overall sales processes
- Managing customer segmentation and targeting for both marketing campaigns and sales team prioritization
- Outlining an accessible and reportable data structure across all go-to-market technologies along with the Sales Operations team such that the Enterprise Analytics team can quickly and easily develop insights from otherwise unstructured data
- Collaborating with marketers to create measurement plans and reporting for campaigns/initiatives
- Identifying website tagging and coding in support of business needs to implement and maintain integrity across sources of marketing data
- Assisting Marketing Operations to properly design digital analytics setup and implement analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.)
- Working with marketing teams to develop A/B testing criteria and maintain a testing schedule to optimize campaigns

- Are a data-driven individual with a strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, data manipulation and data management skills
- Have the ability to tell a story and influence with data that is relatable and understandable by peers and executives alike
- Are creative and able to effectively visualize responses to complex business questions
- Are flexible and can adapt quickly when priorities change
- Are an incredibly organized master multitasker and know how to set goals, prioritize, and maintain focus when it comes to deadlines
- Have experienced the transformation from premise to cloud-based product selling and worked in both low volume high value go-to-market environments and high-volume frictionless go-to-market environments.
- Have fantastic interpersonal skills, are a great listener, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your internal customers' success
- Have an excellent technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Possess BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have 5+ years of marketing/sales operations/analytics experience
- Have experience with any/all of the following technologies and/or data sources: Aviso, salesforce CRM & CPQ, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, Lean Data, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Drift, DemandBase

The anticipated pay range for this position is $98,000 to $115,000. This is a general estimate for informational purposes only. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's relevant qualifications, experience, and skills.
