Fil Staffing is looking for a Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to work Hybrid in San Francisco.
Summary:
Fil Staffing is working with a client nonprofit in San Francisco that aims to provide families in the bay area to live with understanding, confidence, straight, and joy. The mission is to be the place to begin for children, youth and families who need mental health, social services and academic support.
Responsibilities:
The Outpatient Mental Health Clinician provides family and individual treatment, depending on the needs of the clients served and School Based Services.
Provides mental health services based on the needs of the Outpatient Clinic, including group, family, and individual treatmentProvides case management oversight of assigned cases including advocacy, collaboration, monitoring of progress and ongoing needs, referrals, and discharge planning with other service providersConducts CANS mental health assessments for referred youthProvides collateral treatment with familiesProvides consultation to classroom teachers regarding classroom mental health issues as neededParticipates in IEP and/or SST for assigned children or other education-mental health team meetingsMaintains appropriate documentation in compliance with program standardsParticipates in regularly scheduled supervisory team meetingsMaintains Sensitivity to the cultural diversity of employees, clients, and familiesDriving throughout San Francisco as neededJob Requirements: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; clinical license required, and registered in the State of California with the Board of Behavioral Sciences1-2 years of experience providing mental health servicesGood verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual Clinicians desired (ideally Spanish)Benefits:16 days of PTO the first year and more thereafterNine paid holidaysFive health and wellness days off annually10% additional pay for community-relevant second language fluencyMedical/Dental/and Vision plans403 B Retirement Plan with agency matchEmployee Assistance ProgramCommuter Benefits ProgramMedical and Childcare Flexible Spending AccountsPet InsuranceIdentity Theft Protection PlanPaid employee referral programFlexible work schedulesCareer advancement opportunitiesRetention bonuses for many positionsContinuing Education expense reimbursementProfessional licensing fee reimbursementProfessional Development reimbursement opportunitiesVerified Public Service Loan Forgiveness Employer Follow our page on Linkedin and visit our website.
