ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.

The Insider Threat User Activity Monitoring (UAM) function primarily involves government roles, but contract staff assists by providing data, building and analyzing trends and indicators, and creating process efficiencies through automation of data collection, formatting, and customer deliverables. Additionally, contract support provides data science expertise to enhance the UAM team's ability to build a robust proactive monitoring program. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing complex problems related to management information, conceptualizing proposals for maximum profitability or effectiveness, and conducting systematic reviews of selected functions to determine system or model application and design. You will also participate in testing functions and develop/update functional or operating manuals. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the success of more complex projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze complex problems related to management information and propose effective and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Conduct systematic reviews of selected functions to determine the application and design of systems or models.
  • Participate in testing functions, such as string and acceptance tests, to verify correct results.
  • Develop and update functional or operating manuals outlining established methods of work.
  • Train clients or user personnel on the operation and capabilities of proposed models.
  • Provide functional guidance on more complex projects.
  • Utilize data science expertise to enhance the UAM team's proactive monitoring program.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10-12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 7-9 years of related experience.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing complex problems and conceptualizing effective solutions.
  • Experience in conducting systematic reviews and testing functions.
  • Proficiency in developing and updating functional or operating manuals.
  • Ability to train clients or user personnel on proposed models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance.
