This role will provide Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support to the Institutional Wealth Management Solutions (IWMS), Fidelity's Clearing and Custody Business. The Senior Manager will be responsible for several areas in supporting FP&A efforts for the Clearing and Custody Client Relationship Group (CRG) and the Go to Market and Strategy (GTMS) teams, collectively known as IWMS. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of FP&A, adhoc analytical and strategic support across IWMS Finance.

This role will allow you to work with a dynamic team using the latest tools and technology to develop and enhance your essential finance skills. As a member of Finance team, you will also have multiple opportunities to lead and/or contribute to critical short- and long-term business wide finance initiatives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree plus 6+ years of experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, excellent communications skills, effective prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, Anaplan
  • You are a flexible, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
  • You thrive in a fast-paced organization, prioritize well under pressure, and take ownership and accountability for your work
  • Your project management skills help you drive simultaneous progress across multiple deliverables
  • You possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, end-to-end thinking, and apply these skills universally to your work
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points, and effectively communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive business decision making
    The Value You Deliver

    The role will focus on FP&A, providing support for IWMS including:
    • Delivering timely and accurate recurring monthly and quarterly analytics
    • Oversee the Scorecard process with support from greater IWMS Finance Team
    • Lead QBR development and analyses
    • Key contributor in the planning process including multi-year plan, budget, and forecasts. This includes asset and flow projections, P&L's and Headcount
    • Synthesizing data, analyses, and conclusions into presentations for senior management
    • Finding opportunities to streamline work processes to make the team more efficient and effective
    • Proactive partnership and communicate with business and Finance partners
    • Leveraging tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business
