Join us as we embark on a journey to transform BCG's Finance organization. "Future Finance" is a multi-year journey to prepare the Finance function for the BCG of the future: a BCG that continues to grow, and one that has become more complex, more diverse, and more interdependent. By rethinking structures, harmonizing processes across geographies and business entities, and automating key tasks with new technologies, we will deliver a simpler and more efficient operating model encouraging collaboration and flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of BCG.

The Finance Systems Project Coordinator will be a key member of the finance systems transformation delivery team, known internally as Project MasterChef that is tasked with introducing a new cloud-based ERP into the BCG ecosystem. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities, stakeholder engagement and broader project coordination of MasterChef.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Supporting cross-team coordination including maintaining the resource and project delivery plan, status reporting, project budget tracking and project calendar
  • Managing day to day logistics including setting up a regular working rhythm with key stakeholder groups, meeting schedules and workshop logistics
  • Defining and maintaining stakeholder map and engagement plan
  • Maintaining key project documents
  • Developing and distributing project status updates and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinating the preparation of materials / presentations for stakeholder engagement meetings
  • Assisting in preparing for sponsor meetings including steering committees and project status meetings

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, technology or related field.
  • Relevant project coordination experience preferably working in a team delivering global organization change efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor to your audience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
