Job Description:
The Merchant Services and Payments team is looking for Project manager skills with strong Development/engineering background to manage Application governance and RISK/Audit related deliverables. This job is responsible for completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests, vendors, development teams, and technology managers to ensure timely completion of compliance activities. Job expectations include partnering with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security teams to complete compliance deliverables effectively and efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate well across many stakeholders and experience with senior leader communications.Data driven analytical approach to drive business solutions across the enterprise.Experience in managing multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience in drafting communications and presentation materials intended for senior audiences and regulators.Experience with complaint program elements, including complaint capture, resolution and/or thematic analysis processesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systemStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguityKeen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for workMotivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experienceMust be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervisionDesired Qualifications: Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects, Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.) Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), ARC and Data Restore process, and Third Party Testing process 4-6 years of hands on experience in payment space, especially for the merchants years of hands on experience working with Information Security to ensure vendor application vulnerability remediated Responsibilities:Responsible for application ownership with regard to audit, governance, and maintenanceCompletes administrative and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables (e.g., access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements) on time and per requirements for the application supportedTracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams (e.g., remediation of non permitted technology or security vulnerabilities, technical recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises)Works with technology infrastructure teams to incorporate infrastructure requirements, including requests for additional storageAssists with audit exams and risk assessments for applicationsWorks closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure they meet bank requirementsMaintains data about the application in AppHQ and other systems of recordAssists with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applicationsTypically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.Skills:
