Position: Contract Specialist
As a member of our Contract Operations Team at an early career stage, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring their success throughout their journey with LinkSquares. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams, you will assist customers with uploading, processing, and resolving any contract-related issues using our proprietary software. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the legal technology and software development industry and be part of a thriving company.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to onboard and support customers effectively
  • Follow documented procedures and utilize software tools to provide contract support solutions

  • Contribute to improving project standards and methodologies for increased efficiency
  • Develop expertise in LinkSquares software
