We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach/Case Manager (First Episode Psychosis) to join our team at EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family. As a Recovery Coach, you will provide essential services to clients and their families, including crisis intervention, transportation, and education. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring quality service delivery, facilitating team meetings, maintaining client records, and more. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, flexibility in work hours, and the ability to remain calm in crisis situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct in-home and community services
  • Facilitate team meetings and engage natural supports
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Attend regular supervision sessions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field
  • Fingerprint clearance card eligibility
  • Valid AZ driver's license
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
