Digital Technologist, Senior ManagerKey Role:

Act as a strategic advisor, align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and partners.

Provide technical and project management support towards the delivery of a large-scale data and analytical capabilities.

Interact with senior leadership in establishing and managing scope, schedule and milestones, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with program-wide modernization initiatives and solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Establish as a people leader on a large team. Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide resulting recommendations. Perform financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for moderate-sized programs, organizations, or proposals.

Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience with large multi-team digital development projects, including architecture solutioning, staffing and program timelines management, solution alternative recommendation, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and riskExperience with Big Data technologies including development of large-scale data processing pipelinesExperience with modern technologies, including Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and open platformsExperience working on real-time data and streaming applicationsKnowledge of concepts of Data Lakehouse architectureAbility to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risksTop Secret clearanceBachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in designing and developing ETL workflows using tools, including Apache Spark or AWS GlueExperience with different data storage technologies and databases, including Amazon S3 or Amazon RedshiftExperience with supporting the IC- and national-level system security initiativesExperience developing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutionsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsTS/SCI clearanceAWS certificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret Clearance is required

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
