How You'll Make An Impact

The Product Manager will work in a highly collaborative role to define and drive the future vision of Boomi. You'll work with every function in the business, including Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, along with your peers in Product Management, Engineering, and UX.
What You'll Do

  • Talk with customers, partners, and analysts to bring in outside viewpoints and needs.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across Product and Engineering to define and communicate a holistic vision and roadmap for foundational platform services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product marketing on the stability and scale positioning for our platform.
  • Drive buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, assess potential partner relationships for the product.
  • Analyze win/loss analysis to extrapolate opportunities product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and our competition to drive informed strategies and tactics
  • Articulate metrics, requirements, goals, and features to all relevant internal and external stakeholders

The Experience You Bring

  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in middleware or iPaaS very helpful.
  • Superb organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, JIRA, Aha and Salesforce.
  • Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our buyers and users.
  • Strong public speaker in front of large, senior groups.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data management or related technologies.
