Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. • Work closely with engineering, product, data, and design leaders to align technical roadmaps, identify overlaps and synergies among multiple projects, and ensure program objectives align with the organization's goals.
  • Work across departments to gather business requirements and priorities and then partner with engineering stakeholders to plan solution implementation.

Salary range: $127k - $165k

You'll Be a Good Fit if you Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management with a bachelor's degree in computer science (startup and healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
  • Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of technical program management methodologies and best practices.

  • A basic understanding of SQL
  • Familiarity with Jira automation (and general Jira skills)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
  • Experience operating with teams who have adopted a Service Oriented Architecture

If you don't meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
