Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment to ensure all customers and co-workers are treated respectfully. Be an enthusiastic problem solver.
  • Ensure all certifications stay current and attend all required courses and in service training required by Fort Bliss and MWR.
  • Manage staff according to availability, schedules and shifts to provide the best coverage and budget intentions according to season, events, and daily operations.
  • Help with the planning and execution of weekly and monthly in-service trainings.
  • Take immediate response on all maintenance needs by notifying the supervisor or pool operator on duty or calling in a work order if needed and document in logbook.
