Services Dispatcher

Job Details:

-Dispatchers are responsible for the timely dispatch of Emergency Service Requests during non-business hours, handling inbound phone calls from clients and technicians, and processing emails from multiple sources.

-Dispatchers will work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to dispatch technicians to emergency service requests.

-Dispatchers will take incoming calls from clients and technicians to enter service requests, update service requests, dispatch emergency service requests, and provide support to on-call staff.

-Dispatchers will monitor client facing and field facing email boxes to enter service requests, provide updates on service requests, dispatch service requests, and provide support to field staff.

Requirements:

-Professional office experience within customer service or administration

-Ability to type a min. of 45 words per minute

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
