As the Healthcare IT Consultant, CDS Solutions, US you will report to the Sales Manager, CDS Solutions and support the business in delivering an innovative digital diagnostics portfolio of new offerings that use machine learning and AI technology to improve clinical outcomes. You will collaborate with a cross-functional selling team on this cutting-edge digital healthcare transformation journey to deliver rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the US.

Beckman Coulter is seeking a candidate who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and proven ability to execute in a flexible and adaptable environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support your team in developing the market for new cutting-edge AI-based clinical decision support (CDS) solutions, educating the IT buyer on the value of investing in CDS and the ease of technical implementation in the health system's IT environment
  • Execute on a business plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and market share goals
  • Support the selling team in navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder buying process that includes technical buyers and approval committees to achieve prioritization in the health system's budget process; Develop, solidify, and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as the CIO, CMIO and their leadership teams
  • Support monthly revenue forecasting and funnel management processes by utilizing the company CRM ) to qualify and document opportunities
  • Collaborate with R&D to draft technical content for RFP responses and security questionnaires
  • Achieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and implementation, acting as a liaison and customer champion to the technical implementation team
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant technical sales experience
  • Experience selling clinician-facing healthcare IT products, including experience navigating hospital buying processes for EHR-integrated software
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing against sales targets
  • Excellent selling/presentation skills, relationship building, and account management skills
  • Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage as needed to close business and attend company meetings

The salary range for this role is. This is the range $130K plus viable bonus compensation. We in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
