M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
As our Sales Admin, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling various tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. From answering the phone and managing office supplies to generating expediting reports for projects, your attention to detail will be critical.

You'll support our sales team by liaising with customers regarding shipping statuses, communicating with warehouses and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Your communication skills will shine as you coordinate with various teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is informed of critical shipments and updates. You'll also work closely with our accounting department to resolve invoicing issues and handle change orders when necessary.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in customer service or related field
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Knowledge of shipping logistics and tracking methods
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Previous experience in an office environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Education:
High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Excel/Word (Moderate to Advanced)
Team player but able to work independently
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task.
